A fitted sheet with a 15 inch pocket, a flat sheet cut generously enough that it still tucks after it shrinks, and two pillowcases. Twin ships with one case, since a twin bed takes one pillow.
Sateen is a four-over-one float, so four of every five threads sit on the surface rather than being tied down into the weave. That is where the low sheen and the cool slide come from, and because it is structural rather than a finish, it survives washing. The count is 300, and what you feel is the fiber and the weave rather than the number. The cotton is long-staple, so the yarn spins fine and even without the short ends that make cheaper cotton pill.
Buying the set matters more than it sounds, because sheets bought separately over a few years rarely match once each has faded on its own schedule.
The color is the cotton's own. No bleaching and no optical brighteners, so it reads as a warm natural off-white rather than the blue-white of most bedding.

Sheets are the largest piece of fabric that touches you all night, and most of them meet your skin with chemistry rather than cloth, which means chlorine bleaching, a formaldehyde resin so they press flat, optical brighteners to fake the white back, and a softener that survives a few washes and then leaves. This set is GOTS Certified Organic, which is the standard that governs every wet-processing step, so none of that happened to it. The smoothness is the long-staple fiber and the sateen weave, which is why it lasts and why it gets better rather than thinner. Undyed, in the cotton's own color. Cut and sewn in a GOTS certified workshop in New Jersey, audited on site every year. What is against you all night is cotton, and nothing that was put on it.

How do I wash the Organic Cotton Sheet Set?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry low or line dry. Fold it warm. Cotton sets its creases as it cools, so take it out of the dryer while there is still heat in it, give it one snap, and fold it then. Skip fabric softener, because the sateen weave softens on its own with each wash. The flat sheet is cut generously so it still tucks after the first wash takes its shrinkage. Most people rotate two sets and wash weekly.
