Can you return a PlushBeds pillow?
No. All three of their natural pillows say returns are not accepted once shipped, for hygiene and because the wool pillow's firmness is set by hand. You can cancel before it ships. Every Circadian pillow comes with 60 nights, slept on, and if it is not yours it goes back for a full refund with the return label on us.
Is the PlushBeds wool pillow adjustable?
Their Adjustable Wool Pillow is, by removing tufts, and it comes in Queen only. Their Organic Wool Pillow is set to a firmness by hand before it ships and the page does not say wool can come out. Our Organic Wool Pillow opens along a full-length side zipper in Travel, Standard, Queen and King. Lift out a whole sheet of wool at a time until your head sits level with your shoulders.
Is the PlushBeds wool pillow machine washable?
Their Adjustable Wool Pillow page says it is. Their Organic Wool Pillow page now says spot clean or hand wash in cold water, and an earlier answer to a buyer said spot clean only. Our wool pillow's organic cotton cover unzips and washes in cold water; the wool inside stays out of the machine and airs in the sun instead.
Is the PlushBeds shredded latex pillow certified organic?
The latex is, under the organic latex standard, certificate CU865931, printed on their certifications page against the shredded latex pillow. The cover is described on the product page as breathable cotton, and as organic cotton certified under GOTS in an answer to a buyer; the cotton licence on their certifications page is scoped to two mattress lines. No certification is claimed for the kapok. Our latex pillow has an organic cotton cover and FSC certified rubber-tree sourcing, and we do not call the latex organic.
Does the PlushBeds latex pillow smell?
Their page says a light natural scent with no chemical odors. Ours is slow-pour Dunlop, tapped from the tree and poured with nothing blended in and nothing added to it, inside an organic cotton cover.

It depends which half you wanted. For the bounce, the Tree-Tapped Latex Pillow, all latex, $169 at Standard. For the soft, down-like half, the Wild-Harvested Kapok Pillow, all kapok, $134. Either way, take fill out until your ear sits over your shoulder; the gap is biggest on your side.

Reviews on Trustpilot say both, one calling a PlushBeds latex pillow a slab of concrete and another calling one a puff of air, which is what a fixed firmness produces across different necks. Ours arrives about a third fuller than most people keep. Take some out until your head sits level, and put it back if you go too far.
Does PlushBeds sell refills for its pillows?
Not that we could find on their site. We sell a refill bag for every one of our six fills, so a pillow that has settled after a few years goes back to full instead of into the bin.
