Sachi's largest all-hull pillow is the Japanese Size Support Pillow, one size, 14 by 20 inches; their 12 by 16 inch and 9 by 15 inch hull support pillows are separate products, and no Sachi hull pillow comes in Standard, Queen or King.
- No height can be calculated for you. A 2021 review in Healthcare looked for the right pillow height and found no optimum for back or side sleeping, and no link between the height that works and the measurements of a sleeper's head or neck. Every pillow we make opens at the zipper, and we sell a refill bag for every fill.

Its pages carried 5.0 stars from 4 reviews on the cotton pillow, 8 on the kapok pillow and 10 on the Japanese Size Support Pillow when we read them; the wool pillow had none.
Sachi's cotton, kapok and wool pillows are ordered at a fill level, Light, Regular or Extra Thick (Regular or Extra Thick on kapok), handmade in their Albuquerque, New Mexico studio and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. They sell refills for cotton, kapok, wool, Wooly Bolas and buckwheat hulls.
Sachi also makes a Wooly Bolas Pillow of wool clusters, a Latex & Wool Pillow with a latex core wrapped in wool, a 14 by 20 inch hull pillow, and meditation cushions. We make none of these.

Is Sachi Organics better than Circadian?
For most buyers, Circadian's Organic Cotton Pillow is the better pick: it is certified organic inside and out, with four sizes, free shipping and 60 nights to decide, even slept on. Sachi costs less at Standard and its cotton, kapok and wool pillows are ordered at a fill level, Light, Regular or Extra Thick (Regular or Extra Thick on kapok), so if price or choosing a fill level when you order is what decides it for you, that is where Sachi differs from us. Sachi refunds unused pillows only, inside 30 days, and names no certifier for any pillow. Inside 60 nights you can return it even if it has been slept on, and the full refund follows once it reaches us, with a prepaid return label and no restocking fee. At Standard, their cotton pillow is $93 and ours is $179; their wool pillow is $140 and ours is $209, as of October 2026.
Is Sachi Organics certified organic?
Not one Sachi pillow has a certifier or licence number named. Their pillow pages call the fibers organic, and their home page says the certified materials in the pillows come from the Texas Organic Cotton Marketing Cooperative, without naming a certifier; their mattress and bedding pages name GOTS, GOLS and OEKO-TEX. A buyer asked on their Japanese Size Support Pillow page whether the case has GOTS verification, and no answer is shown. Our Organic Cotton Pillow and Organic Wool Pillow are GOTS Certified Organic as finished pillows under license GOTS-10229 from Oregon Tilth, certified organic inside and out, and we will send you the certificate.
Does Sachi offer a sleep trial?
No. Their refund policy takes pillows back within 30 days of purchase only if they are unused and in original condition or packaging; sale items cannot be refunded, and the buyer pays return shipping. Every Circadian pillow comes with 60 nights to sleep on it. A slept-on pillow sent back inside those 60 nights still gets a full refund once it is back with us, with a prepaid return label and no restocking fee.
Does Sachi charge for shipping?
Their checkout quoted UPS and USPS carrier rates on both carts we priced on October 29, 2026: one Standard Cotton Pillow at $93, and four of them at $353.40. Their cart drawer reads “Free Shipping Under $300”, and no free rate was offered on either cart. Every Circadian order ships free.
