My PT told me to find a pillow that supports the cervical curve and doesn't compress. Memory foam made me wake up with my head sunk in a hole. Buckwheat actually holds the shape. First week is weird with the sound. I don't notice it anymore.

No. Their returns page says pillow returns are eligible for a refund if they have not been used or laundered, within 120 days, at your own expense, and two pillows per customer per year. Every Circadian pillow comes with 60 nights, slept on, and goes back for a full refund with the return label on us.
How many hulls are in the Turmerry buckwheat pillow?
Their FAQ says a standard usually weighs 4 to 5 pounds, filled by volume, with weights varying by crop. Two reviewers on Trustpilot said the pillow did not have enough hulls. Our Standard holds about 8 pounds, and it arrives about a third fuller than most people keep so the only adjustment is downward.
