On kapok, what the difference buys is a pillow that can come back inside 60 nights and a refill sold for later.
Does the Rawganique kapok pillow flatten?
One reviewer on their product page bought the extra kapok in case it did, and another said the kapok shifts around inside the case more than the other fills. Ours opens at the zipper: push the edges in and the mound is back, and a refill bag is sold for the day it wants more.
Which Circadian pillow is closest to the Rawganique Outer Banks pillow?
The Buckwool Hybrid Pillow. Same idea, hulls on one side and wool on the other, with a separate zipper on each chamber as standard and an internal cotton divider between them. If you are choosing hulls, keep the hybrid beside the plain buckwheat, because the wool side is a softer, quieter night without giving up the hold.

Ours is cotton-wrapped polyester, the thread the standard that certifies our finished pillow approves, sitting inside the seam where it never touches you. Theirs is all cotton, in their words, under a certification the site never names.
