Practitioner FAQ

Do I have to push your pillow in every consult?
No. Recommend Circadian when it's a fit, recommend something else when it's not. The whole point of a six-fill collection is that we know one pillow doesn't work for every patient. If a patient with a latex allergy asks for a recommendation, point them at the cotton or wool, not the latex.
What happens if a patient hates the pillow?
They send it back within 60 nights and get a full refund. Your reputation is protected by our trial.
How does the patient code work?
We issue you a unique code (DRSMITH15 format). Your patients use it at checkout for 15% off. We never pay per referral, so you stay within the rules in every state. We'll send a short disclosure card you can hand to patients.
What if I want pillows for my staff or family?
Each practice gets one demo pillow. Pillows for staff or family can go on your first order, at trade price.
What about patients with allergies?
The Tree-Tapped Latex Pillow is not for anyone with a latex allergy. Point those patients to cotton, kapok or wool. Anyone allergic to wool should skip the Organic Wool Pillow and the Buckwool Hybrid. When a patient is unsure what they react to, the Organic Cotton Pillow is the simplest choice: organic cotton fill in an organic cotton cover.
Is Circadian large enough that recommending it feels professional?
Six pillows, handmade in New Jersey, founded in 2024. Most patients haven't heard of us yet. The practitioners in this program are the reason they will.
