Why this works for clinical recommendations

Most pillow brands sell one product and call it universal. We make six because cervical instability and multiple chemical sensitivities are different problems.

1

Six fills mapped to six patient profiles

Cervical pain wants firm buckwheat. Multiple chemical sensitivities (MCS) want wild-harvested kapok. Night sweats want organic wool. Six different answers for six different patient presentations.

2

Certifications you can put in front of a patient

Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certificate GOTS-10229. The Organic Cotton and Organic Wool pillows are GOTS Certified Organic. The latex inside the Tree-Tapped Latex Pillow carries OEKO-TEX Standard 100 at Class 1, certificate 16.HUS.00338 from the Hohenstein Textile Testing Institute. Ask us for either certificate and we will send it.

3

Adjustability removes the recommendation risk

Every pillow arrives about a third fuller than most people keep it. The patient unzips the side panel and removes fill until the height fits their neck. Combined with a 60-night trial, the worst case for your reputation is a pillow they didn't keep. Industry pillow return rate is 8 to 15%. Ours is around 2%.

Two ways to partner

Recommend in-office, or build content. Pick whichever matches how you work. Both start with a free pillow shipped to your practice.

Recommend for

Multiple chemical sensitivities (MCS), reactive airways, feather allergies, vegan patients.

Practitioner FAQ

Do I have to push your pillow in every consult?
No. Recommend Circadian when it's a fit, recommend something else when it's not. The whole point of a six-fill collection is that we know one pillow doesn't work for every patient. If a patient with a latex allergy asks for a recommendation, point them at the cotton or wool, not the latex.
What happens if a patient hates the pillow?
They send it back within 60 nights and get a full refund. Your reputation is protected by our trial. The natural pillow industry's typical return rate is 8 to 15%. Ours is around 2%.
How does commission tracking work?
We issue you a unique discount code (DRSMITH10 format). Your patients use it at checkout for 10% off. Every order placed with your code is attributed to you. We pay quarterly via Stripe transfer, PayPal, or check, whichever you prefer.
What if I want pillows for my staff or family?
Recommendation Partners get one demo pillow. Content Partners get one to three additional pillows for personal or staff use, depending on the content cadence they commit to.
What about patients with allergies?
Latex allergy is a hard contraindication for the Tree-Tapped Latex Pillow. Direct those patients to cotton, kapok, or wool. Wool allergy (uncommon but real) rules out wool and the Buckwool Hybrid. Kapok allergies are extremely rare. The Organic Cotton Pillow is the safest default for patients with multiple sensitivities. Wild-Harvested Kapok is the option for true MCS cases.
Are the content bonuses fixed?
No. The numbers on this page are starting points. We work the actual deal out per partnership based on reach, depth, and what feels fair. Plenty of Content Partners just take a couple of pillows and call it even.
Is Circadian large enough that recommending it feels professional?
Six pillows, handmade in New Jersey, founded in 2024. Most patients haven't heard of us yet. The practitioners in this program are the reason they will. We treat that responsibility carefully, which is why we lead with verifiable certifications and a 60-night trial that protects your patient (and your reputation) if the pillow doesn't work out.
Can I write content for the Content Partner tier without committing to a specific pillow?
Yes. After you've slept on the demo pillow for at least two weeks, you decide whether you want to write about it or not. We'd rather you write nothing than write something untrue. If you publish, the bonus follows the published deliverable.
