60-Night Risk-Free Trial

We want you to sleep on your Circadian pillow for real before you decide. Not one night, sixty nights. That's enough time to adjust the fill, break in the cover, and find out whether this is the pillow you keep.

If it's not right, we'll take care of you. No restocking fees, no hassle, no guilt. We'd rather you have the right pillow than keep the wrong one.

Here's how it works.


How to start a return

Email us at jacob@circadianrest.com or use our contact page. Tell us what you'd like to return and we'll send you a prepaid return label. That's it. You don't need to explain yourself, but if you want to tell us what didn't work, we genuinely appreciate the feedback, it helps us make better products.

We'll respond within 1 business day. Most returns are processed start to finish in under a week.


Before you return, try adjusting the fill

Every Circadian pillow ships overstuffed on purpose so you can customize it. If the pillow feels too high, too firm, or not quite right, open the zipper and remove some fill before giving up on it. Most people take out about a handful. You'd be surprised how much a small adjustment changes the feel.

If you've tried adjusting and it's still not right, no problem. That's what the 60-night trial is for.


Refund details

Once we receive your return (or once we tell you not to bother sending it back,  sometimes we do that), we'll process your refund within 3 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If more than 14 business days pass after we've confirmed your refund and you still don't see it, contact us and we'll help you track it down.

Shipping costs on your original order are non-refundable, but since we offer free shipping on all US orders, this is a moot point. Returns are free too. We provide the label.


What's covered

All Circadian pillows are covered by the 60-night trial. This includes the Organic Cotton Pillow, Organic Wool Pillow, Buckwheat Pillow, Buckwool Hybrid Pillow, Natural Kapok Pillow, and Shredded Natural Latex Pillow in any size and firmness.

The Waterproof Organic Cotton Pillow Protector and Buckwheat Hull Refills can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.


Damaged or defective items

If your pillow arrives damaged or defective, email us right away at jacob@circadianrest.com with a photo. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost, you won't need to return the damaged item first.


Exchanges

If you'd like to swap for a different pillow type, size, or firmness, email us. We'll help you figure out the best option and coordinate the exchange. If there's a price difference, we'll adjust accordingly.


A note on chargebacks

We know this section is unusual for a return policy, but we want to be upfront. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us first. We will always make it right: refund, exchange, whatever you need. Filing a chargeback through your bank instead of contacting us directly creates fees and complications for both sides that are completely unnecessary when we're happy to resolve things quickly ourselves.
