The terms are the same across all of them. What changes is how the account gets worked and who we talk to first.
Hotels, inns, retreats
Boutique properties, eco-lodges, wellness and healing retreats. We work with the owner or the GM and we always want the executive housekeeper in the room, because a pillow that fails laundry fails the property. Wool and latex are the two fills that belong in commercial rooms.
Interior designers
Residential and light commercial. A standing trade rate on every pillow and duvet with no expiry and no minimum, so it works the same on one guest room as it does on a full house. Orders placed on your code come through tagged to your studio.
Furniture and bedding brands
Cut-and-sew inserts to your dimensions, in a shell we certify, at a fill weight you approve. Throw, lumbar, bolster, and sleeping sizes. You keep the outer cover and the customer relationship, we build what goes inside it.
Clinics and practitioners
Functional and environmental medicine, chiropractic, physical therapy, and multiple chemical sensitivity specialists. Most practitioners recommend long before they stock, so we set you up to do either. Patient orders can ship direct.

Why we stop at thirty.
Every pillow is filled and finished by hand, one at a time. At a keystone fifty the math stops working and the quality follows it down within a year. Thirty percent is the honest floor for something built this way, and it is a rate we can hold for the life of the account rather than walk back later.
What the rate covers.
All six pillows and both duvets, in every size. Protectors, loose fill, refills and hulls sit outside the program and are quoted at retail. Lead time is four to seven days on single units and three to five weeks on a bulk run, because the run is made after you order it.
Tell us the height you want, and we build the whole property to it.
A commodity supplier sells you a fixed pillow and you find out in month three that your side sleepers hate it. We fill by hand, so the fill weight is a number you choose rather than a number you inherit.

Three pillows, three weights
We send the same fill at three different fill weights. Your GM and your executive housekeeper sleep on all three and tell us which one the rooms should have.
We build to that number
The whole order is filled to the weight you picked, so every room feels the same on night one and still matches when you reorder in two years.
The zipper goes under a flap
Housekeeping never sees it, guests never open it, and you can still add or remove fill later if the feedback moves. Sewn shut is available where you would rather it be permanent.
Six fills, and which one belongs in your rooms.
The single most useful thing we can give a buyer is an honest read on what each fill is good at. Two of these belong in commercial rooms. The other four are for residential, retail, and inserts.
Organic Wool
Hospitality, first choice
Built from stacked layers rather than loose fill, so it has spring where a packed fill has density. It moves up to 30 percent of its own weight in moisture while staying dry to the touch, which is what a guest is describing when they say a pillow slept cool. The fibers run 3 to 5 inches, roughly twice the staple length in most wool bedding, so the surface stays soft against the face as it ages. Global Organic Textile Standard certification covers the fill, the cover, the thread and the dye process.
Tree-Tapped Latex
Hospitality, second choice
Slow-pour Dunlop, tested to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class 1, the tier written for products a baby can put in its mouth. One solid piece rather than shredded, so it holds a single consistent height for years with nothing to redistribute and nothing for housekeeping to fluff. The easiest pillow in the line to keep looking identical across forty rooms.
Organic Cotton
Residential and retail
A dense natural fill of loose staple fiber packed close, so it sits compact and supportive under the head, nearer to what most people expect from a conventional pillow. It settles slowly and evenly over years rather than weeks. Global Organic Textile Standard certification covers the fill, the cover, the thread and the dye process.
Wild-Harvested Kapok
Inserts and residential
The lightest natural fiber we work with. Each strand is a hollow tube that is 80 to 90 percent air, so it sits high and soft and holds that height without packing down. It is the closest natural match to what a decorative insert usually carries, which is why furniture makers start here.
USA-Grown Buckwheat
Retail and specialist
The firmest fill we make. Hulls flex under the head then interlock and hold, so cervical alignment stays put through the night. Our hulls are pre-polished through an air-jet cleaning process into single-sided pieces that run up to 68 percent quieter than standard roasted pyramid hulls, measured in our own air-jet testing. It sells best where someone can explain it.
Buckwool Hybrid
The construction sample
One cover, an internal divider, two separate chambers. Buckwheat on one side and organic wool on the other, so the sleeper flips to the feel they want. We send this one to makers whether or not it fits the brief, because it is the clearest proof that the workshop builds chambered inserts to a drawing.
Global Organic Textile Standard certification applies to the Organic Cotton and Organic Wool lines, license GOTS-10229 through Oregon Tilth. We will send you the certificate and the scope on request rather than asking you to take our word for it.
Two pillows, on us.
You cannot approve a pillow from a photograph and you cannot approve one from a bag of loose fill. So we send the real thing, full size, at our cost.

A trade program is worth having only if both sides can rely on it. These are the six things we hold ourselves to, and the one thing we hold you to.
One rate, everyone
The tiers above are what every account pays at that volume. We do not negotiate them, which is the only way to promise the account next to you is not getting a better number.
You never lose to our own site
If a promotion runs on circadianrest.com, your price stays the better of your trade price or the public price. A partner should never be able to buy cheaper as a civilian.
You hear about it first
New products, restocks, and any promotion reach trade accounts before the consumer list, so you are never answering a guest or client question about something you did not know shipped.
Documents, not adjectives
Certificates, test reports, care specifications, and the fill weight of what you actually bought. If we cannot document a claim we will tell you that instead of dressing it up.
Honest lead times
Three to five weeks on a bulk run, and a delivery date only after the workshop confirms it. We would rather quote you four weeks and hit it than quote two and apologize.
What we ask back: hold the price
We publish a minimum advertised price at our retail. It is what stops the account next to you from undercutting the work you put into selling the line. Everyone carrying Circadian holds the same line, and we enforce it the same way for everyone.
Questions we get first
Do you do fifty percent like a normal wholesaler?
No, and we would rather explain why than let you find out at the quote. Every pillow is filled and finished by hand in a New Jersey workshop that has been doing it since 1981. At a keystone fifty there is nothing left to pay for that labour, and the way brands close that gap is by thinning the fill or moving production offshore. Twenty to thirty percent is where this stays the product you sampled. If your model needs a fifty point margin, we are the wrong supplier and it costs you nothing to know that now.
What do I need to open an account?
A business name, an email at that business domain, your EIN or business registration, a resale certificate for the state we are shipping to, and the ship-to address. The resale certificate is what keeps the order tax exempt on your side. Designers and practitioners can substitute a license or a business registration.
Can you handle a whole property?
Yes. Par math for a property is usually four pillows per room at 1.25 par, so a 40-room hotel is about 200 pillows. We quote freight to a single address inside the price and we build the whole order to one fill weight you approve first.
Do you make custom sizes?
Yes, for makers and for properties. Throw, lumbar, bolster, body and sleeping sizes, to your dimensions, in a shell we certify, at a fill weight you sign off on. Send the drawing and the annual volume and we will price against it.
How do the pillows hold up to commercial laundering?
Covers are washable. The fills are not, which is true of every natural fill and is the reason we recommend a protector on every commercial bed. Wool and latex are the two that hold their shape through years of hotel use. We will walk your executive housekeeper through the care specification before you order, not after.
Can you drop-ship to my customers?
Yes, at the twenty percent trade rate. You list at our retail price, we make the pillow when you sell it and ship it straight to your customer, and you pay your cost at the time of the order. Nothing sits in your stockroom.
What is your lead time?
Four to seven days for single units and small designer orders. Three to five weeks for a bulk run, because the run gets made after you place it. On a first bulk order we take half at the purchase order and the balance net 30.

We were bad at this, and it cost us.
For most of last year, business inquiries came into this company and quietly died. A hotel wrote in and got no reply. A retailer asked for a line sheet and it never went out. Every one of those was a real buyer who did the work of finding us, and we wasted it.
So we rebuilt the whole thing, and the first rule was that nobody waits. The second was that the pricing goes on the page instead of behind a form, because making a buyer apply before you will tell them the number is a small disrespect that adds up.
