Waterproof Dog Bed Cover

Neither wool nor latex goes in a washing machine, so everything that lands on a dog bed has to stop before it reaches them. This cover does that. The barrier layer holds liquid at the surface long enough for you to lift the whole thing off and put it in the wash, which turns an accident into a laundry cycle rather than the end of the bed.

The finished cover is certified organic under Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) license GOTS-10229, issued by Oregon Tilth and audited on site every year. The audit covers the cover you receive, which is worth saying plainly.

It unzips along the short end and comes off in one piece. Wash it cold and put it back on damp, which is far easier than fighting a dry one. Ask us for the certificate and we will send it.

Is this waterproof or water-resistant?
Waterproof. There is a barrier layer, and liquid stops at the surface rather than soaking through.

Does it feel like plastic?
No. The face against your dog is organic cotton and that is what they lie on. The barrier sits behind it.

Will it fit a bed I already own?
It fits every Circadian dog bed in the matching size. On another brand's bed, measure first, because a 40 by 27 from one maker is rarely a 40 by 27 from another.

How do I wash it?
Cold, gentle, and let it air dry or tumble on low. Put it back on while it is still slightly damp and it goes on in half the time.
