I could not be more in love with my two new wool-filled travel pillows or the stellar customer service at Circadian. The quality craftsmanship and materials is evident - the pillow I'm using as a sleep-hugger is perfect as is, and when I asked if extra stuffing were available for the second one I'm using as a knee pillow, they not only pointed me to the right place on their site, but also created a new, smaller 1-lb. refill size based on my request. As much as I love their products, I love that this company genuinely cares, is highly responsive and creates thoughtful solutions for its customers. Beautiful work, Circadian.

Love the idea of it and its great quality but the pillow cases are HUGE! I washed them twice in hot water and dried but they are still about 3 or 4 inches too big for my queen sized pillows.

I’m happy to report that I haven’t had a stiff neck since using my new pillow. I’m still trying to figure out how to fluff it at night before using. I find myself waking up in the night and trying to readjust and fluff due to my frequent changing positions.

I was leery to try another expensive pillow without some sort of trial period after being very let down by a different company's natural fiber pillow. When I saw that C.R. did accept returns I took the quiz and ordered the Buckwheat Pillow. First of all, I don't hear anything at all with the buckwheat! It does stay fresh and cool as well, but most importantly it actually holds my head/neck up and in place. Which allows me to actually get rest instead of always adjusting. I am so happy to have my pillow. I do wish there was a smaller size pillow. I would have preferred that. But all in all I would definitely recommend and buy again.

I have spent years searching for a pillow that feels supportive and comfortable all night. I have finally found it. I absolutely love the Buckwool pillow. I removed a bit of the material (since it comes purposely a little over stuffed) to get it to exactly to how I want it. Genuinely feels phenomenal and I rarely wake up with neck pain now. I purchased the wool duvet insert for my husband's birthday and was thrilled with the quality and customer service. I haven't personally used it, so here is his review: I received the wool duvet for my birthday. It is fluffy, enveloping, and comforting. It's like having a fluffy, weighted blanket that isn't restricting. I sleep on a memory foam bed, which is typically hot. I haven't had any issues with overheating, even with a cotton allergy cover. The tufting is great, and makes it feel lofty. The sateen shell is extremely soft. I will be purchasing the matching duvet cover from these guys as well. It replaced a typical, inexpensive poly filled comforter that you can buy at any big box store. I definitely recommend it. I've been looking for something like this for a long time.

I was nervous about spending this much money for a pillow but with the trial period I went for it. This pillow is definitely worth the money and the little bit of wait time. I love how you can sculpt the pillow around your head and neck an it stays there. Once adjusted it doesn’t really make any noise. I have been having terrible headaches, neck aches and shoulder pain. While the pillow is not a cure all it has definitely helped with my other medical care. Worth every penny!!!

I misunderstood and bought a travel size pillow

I have compressed discs in my neck, and I have spent hundreds of dollars over the past 6 months trying to find one that will help me sleep. Every pillow I bought caused me to wake up in even more pain than the night before!! The buckwheat pillow is life-changing!! I have slept through the night and wake up with no pain!! "Slow pour" Dunlop Latex sounds almost sensual. ASMR opportunity? Jacob and crew seem to have a healthy obsession with their pillows, but who can blame them - you've got your whole face and chonky brain spending 5-9 hours per night hangin' out in pillow land. I'm just getting used to this pillow. It's heavy. It's stuffed. You can take some of the latex out if that suits you. If you want to pillow fight with this model, keep a solid grip on the case. I bought this after my doc reminded me that memory foam, as comfortable as it is, may do some offgassing, and that's not something I want going into my breath holes. The natural latex, with all its certifications, seems a much better option.

After trying the wool/buckwheat pillow that was too firm for my head, I was given a great deal on the Kapok pillow. This was definitely the winner for me. I usually use a firm pillow, but this one seems to be exactly what I needed. The filling seems to be getting a little more firm as the days go by so hopefully it lasts and continues to be what I've been searching for.

I have owned more pillows than I have owned houses and I have owned 12 houses. Moved because of husband’s job. This is by far the only pillow to use if you don’t want to wake up with sore shoulders or neck. I have replaced all the pillows in my house with this pillow. Now I know what you’re thinking but it’s a little expensive. But when you go out to a steak house do you buy the cheapest cut of steak. You get the best because it’s a restaurant that specializes in steak. Think of this pillow as a filet. But the pillow will be with you forever until you are old whereas we only rent our meals. LOL. I sleep thru the entire night with this pillow. No tossing and turning or adjusting. Trust me you want regret the purchase.

I used it to make two pillows for myself and had enough left over to make a dog blanket.Wool is really good for their skin health just like ours.We or sleeping like babies :-) I will order another bulk shipment to make another pillow for my daughter and two more dog blankets. THE best pillows I ever had! I was looking for an organic down feather alternative and the kapok- filled pillow is actually better! Kapok is a completely natural product, stuffed inside an organic cotton cover. It’s firm enough to support my neck while being soft and moldable at the same time. And I like how the pillows are sent fully stuffed so you have the option of removing some of the filling to customize it to your exact liking. Oh, and the Customer Service couldn’t be any better!!

I have pretty bad chemical sensitivity (housebound most of the time - asthma and tachycardia in most public locations or other people’s houses). I try to only buy totally safe, non-toxic products. I found this pillow to be very safe and non-toxic, and the packaging was fragrance free which is always a huge plus. The default amount of stuffing was too firm for me but it does allow adjusting. There was some fiber dust when I changed the amount of filling, but that fiber dust seemed totally nontoxic to me and didn’t give me a chemical sensitivity reaction.

I ended up getting two because I wanted to try a couple different types of natural fibers to see what I like best. I ended up with the wool and buckwool pillows and love them both. Got this one and the buckwool. I love them both. I'm glad I got one of each so I can change things up based on my mood. For couch naps and camping ill definitely opt for this one, it's obviously a lot lighter and more portable. A bit spendy but worth every penny for the great sleep and no more neck pain!

I bought this and the full will pillow. I can't really decide which one I like better. They're both so comfortable. I find myself switching between the two and loving the feel of both. I haven't woken up with a sweaty head with either and that's an amazing feeling especially in the AZ summer. The buckwheat side is a lot quieter and more comfy/soft than others I've tried in the past. They were expensive but I'm really happy with the quality and they seem to be worth it. I'm sleeping a lot better now :)

This is the best pillow I've had. It gives the right support around the head and neck. It doesn't sink or move and stays cool through the night. Also, It's easy to make small adjustments to make it fit perfectly.

I am SO incredibly pleased with my new buckwheat pillow. The hulls hold my neck in place and do the work so that my muscles can relax and I can sleep better! This is different from any normal pillow and takes time to find the right adjustment. I am still finding my perfect adjustment after 30 days. The first few days I kept it as it came and slept very good, but had some neck pain. So I removed filling a bit at a time over a few days. Left it for a bit, then started adding it back. The wool does seem to settle and not be as poofy as it originally was. I am able to sleep with my arms under the pillow and they do not fall asleep like with a regular pillow. I sleep on my side, back, and stomach, so it has been hard to find an adjustment. I really don't sleep on my back since I have had this pillow. One nice thing is the buckwheat forms to your head and you just have to lift the pillow up a little for it to shift around to readjust. I don't think I could ever go back to a regular pillow. I am also planning to buy some of the other natural fill…

I ordered 2 king size Buckwool pillows for my new primary bedroom. I’ve been using buckwheat pillows for some time. I love the firmness, but sometimes you want a slightly softer option depending on how the body feels. I tried both shredded and solid latex, they’re nice but not quite as good. I heard amazing things about wool pillows, but worried they wouldn’t have the firm support I needed. BAM! Insert the buckwool pillow. I love that I can have a dedicated side for when I truly want that firm support, but on nights I want something with a little more give, I can flip these puppies over. I took the quiz and it recommended this pillow. The first night I slept on the wool side and didn’t feel comfy. I switched to the buckwheat side since and it’s been better but not the best. It wasn’t as “full” as I expected. The buckwheat shifts more that I hoped and find myself having to readjust more than I wanted. Now I have to buy more of the buckwheat hulls to fill it to be more full. These pillows aren’t cheap so a bit disappointed I have to spend more to get the right fit for the pillow.

The adjustability is the main win remove hulls and it gets lower/softer, add hulls and it gets higher/firmer. That said: there is some noise when you move. I wouldn’t call it loud, but if you’re extremely noise-sensitive, it’s worth knowing. Also, it’s a “firm by design” pillow so if you want plush, kapok/cotton style, you’ll probably prefer a different material. Overall, I’m keeping it because the support and temperature feel are better than what I had before.
