Cotton holds its shape for years without breaking down. Kapok comes from a tree pod and runs without a chemical step. Wool keeps the surface dry, and dust mites need humidity above about half to survive.

Wild-Harvested Kapok
The fiber grows inside seed pods on Ceiba pentandra trees in Indonesian rainforests. Pod to pillow runs without a chemical step. Each fiber is 80 to 90 percent air by volume, which is why the feel sits closer to down than to a typical natural fill.

Organic Wool
Wool wicks up to 30 percent of its weight in moisture, holding the surface microclimate below the 50 percent humidity threshold dust mites need to survive. Lanolin coats dead skin flakes the moment they shed.

Every Circadian pillow arrives with about 30 percent more fill than most people keep. The side zipper opens to the fill so you can remove material a handful at a time and reach the height your spine wants. If you take out too much, the fill goes back in.

How is this different from other “non-toxic” pillows?
Every Circadian pillow is handmade in a single New Jersey facility that has been producing certified natural bedding since 1981. The organic cotton and organic wool pillows carry Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certification end-to-end under license number GOTS-10229. The full lineup ships free of flame retardants, dyes, perfumes, pesticides, and VOC-emitting materials.
How does the 60-night trial work?

Yes. License GOTS-10229 and the licence is renewed on an on-site audit every year. Every Circadian pillow is handmade in a GOTS certified workshop in New Jersey.
