Every pillow has a side zipper. Every pillow ships overstuffed by roughly 30 percent more fill than most people want, so you remove fill until the loft matches your neck and your sleep position. There is no separate pouch of bonus fill; the extra is already inside, and you can put removed fill back in if you over-correct. A year or two later when the pillow has settled, top it off through the zipper. Refillable, not disposable.
