Sixty nights to decide. The pillow stays in your house until you're sure.
Most pillow brands give you 30 nights and hope you forget. We give you 60 because that's how long it actually takes to know whether a pillow is right for you, and we don't want anyone keeping a pillow they don't sleep well on.

Four steps. One of them is sleeping.
-
STEP 01
Order
Free shipping both ways. Most orders arrive in 4 to 7 days. The trial clock starts on the day the pillow arrives.
-
STEP 02
Adjust the fill
Every pillow ships overstuffed by about 30%. Open the side zipper, remove fill to the height that feels right, save what you removed in a pillowcase or bag.
-
STEP 03
Sleep on it for at least a week
New pillows always feel new. Give your neck and shoulders time to adjust. If something feels off after a week, try adding or removing more fill before you give up on it.
-
STEP 04
Tell us how it went
Email us within 60 nights and we'll handle the return or the keep-it refund. No restocking fee, no return shipping cost, no friction.
There are two ways the trial can end. Both put cash back in your pocket.
Email jacob@circadianrest.com within 60 nights and tell us what didn't work. From there, you pick one of two paths.
Option A. Send it back.
We email you a prepaid shipping label. You drop the pillow at any UPS or FedEx location, or schedule a free pickup. The refund hits your card within a week of pickup. Full purchase price, no restocking fee.
Option B. Keep it, get 50% back.
You keep the pillow. We refund half the purchase price to your card. This is the recommended path because we can't resell a used pillow, so the alternative is sending a perfectly good pillow back across the country to be donated or recycled. Keeping it cuts the carbon cost and puts cash back in your pocket. Gift it, donate it, use it in a guest room. The pillow gets a second life and nothing gets wasted.
Where returned pillows actually go.
A returned pillow can't be resold because it's been used in someone's bed. That leaves three options. We use all three depending on the fill.
Cotton, wool, and kapok pillows go to a textile recycler in the region that breaks the fill back into fiber and reuses it in furniture stuffing, insulation, or industrial filtration.
Buckwheat hulls go to a local farm as bedding for animals or as compostable material that breaks down into soil within a season.
Latex pillows go to specialty recyclers that handle natural rubber. Latex is biodegradable but slowly, so recycling extends its useful life.
A short answer.
Most online pillow trials are designed to make returns feel hard so you give up. Ours is designed to make the decision easy so you only keep a pillow you actually sleep well on.
If you sleep poorly on a pillow you bought from us, that's our problem to fix, not your problem to live with for the next ten years. Tell us what didn't work and we'll either swap the fill, refund the money, or build something that does work.
