This is an all-cotton pillow. The fill is organic cotton, the case is organic cotton sateen. No foam, no polyester, nothing synthetic.
It's medium-firm, so firmer than down, softer than buckwheat. Think of it like a really good hotel pillow that keeps its shape all night. The cotton compresses where you need support, but doesn't go flat.
We've added a zipper so you can take cotton out to make it lower or softer. Most people remove about a handful to get it right. Store the extra in a jar for later. Or roll it up, put some eyes on it, and you have a friend.

This product was made in accordance with GOTS, which means the whole product meets organic standards. Most "organic" pillows only have organic covers. The certification covers everything from the cotton fields to the final stitching.

What is a cotton pillow?
Cotton fill is made from natural cotton fiber. Soft, breathable, and familiar in feel. It offers a more traditional pillow sensation with a clean, minimal-material profile.

Is this cotton pillow organic?
Yes. The pillow is GOTS-certified organic cotton cover plus organic cotton fill. Certification helps verify sourcing, but comfort depends most on the material and build.
Who is a cotton pillow best for?

How much fill is in each pillow?
Each Circadian pillow ships overstuffed by design so you can dial in the perfect height and firmness. Use the zipper to remove a little fill until your neck feels aligned and your shoulders can relax. Then store the extra fill for seasonal adjustments or future top-offs.
How does a cotton pillow feel compared to wool or kapok?
Cotton feels smoother and more familiar; wool feels springier and more temperature-regulating, while kapok feels lighter and loftier.

What is your sleep trial / return policy?
We honor a 60-night trial. Because many pillows can’t be resold after use and shipping heavy natural fills can be wasteful, we often use a “second life” return approach (keep/gift or donate/rehome) while still taking care of you financially.
Will this help with neck/shoulder discomfort?
Many customers shop for better alignment and support. The key is matching sleep position + loft + feel preference; we’re happy to help you get the fit right.
Does it have an odor when it arrives?
Natural materials can have a mild “fresh material” scent at first. Airing it out (and using a breathable pillowcase) typically resolves this quickly.
